may be limited to 2
persons per company, per
event. Should your
company require more
than 2 seats for an
event, please contact

A Confirmation Receipt
of your registration
will be emailed to the
Primary Registrant upon
completion of the online
registration process.

Upon Host approval of
your registration, a
Final Confirmation along
with maps and details
will be emailed to the
Primary Registrant
approximately one week
before the event date.
If attendance is
declined by the Host
company, you will be
notified and a refund
will be immediately
applied to the
originating credit card.

When you register for an
event, you are
committing your company
to send the agreed
number of delegates.
Innovation Insights Host
companies, who do not
benefit commercially
from involvement, spend
a great deal of time and
effort preparing for
their event. We ask you
to recognize this
commitment by honouring
your attendance or
appointing an alternate
designate from your
company.
Cancellation
Policy
-
Seven days notice
preceding the event is
required for a full
refund. This will be
applied to the
originating credit card.
Cancellations with less
than seven business days
advance notice will
forfeit the fee, or an
alternate person from
your company may be
appointed to attend. For
security issues, it is
important to advise the
Innovation Insights
office accordingly.

Should an event date
change or cancel, an
alternate event date or
refund of the fee will
be provided.
