Atlantic Hydrogen Inc. is the epitome of innovation. In ‘08, AHI commissioned its commercial-scale Alpha CarbonSaver™ prototype. This was the culmination of 6 years of R&D and demonstration of this technology, which was developed in its Fredericton facilities. It removes carbon from natural gas & replaces it with hydrogen to produce hydrogen-enriched natural gas, significantly reduces emissions. End uses for CarbonSaver™ start at the well head and end at the burner tip. This includes upstream, midstream and downstream users of natural gas, as well as uses of the pure carbon by-product from the reaction.

AHI has signed a licensing agreement with Rosetti Marino, a large Italian contractor of offshore platforms & process modules. Rosetti plans to develop skid-mounted versions of CarbonSaverTM technology for on-site hydrogen enrichment of natural gas for the vehicle refuelling & small power generation markets.
